Administrative procedures are not an end in themselves. My role is to identify the client’s business needs and provide practical solutions, including the effective use of government programs and regulatory frameworks.

Began my career as a programmer in the private sector
Joined a small IT company in Taito City, Tokyo. I worked as a programmer on a tax arrears management support system for the City of Yokohama. I was also involved in assembling and providing technical support for custom-built personal computers.
October 2000
Passed the Japanese National Public Service Examination, Level II—Administrative, and joined the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries
・2009 Seconded to the Administrative Evaluation Bureau, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications
Conducted independent evaluations of policy and program assessments, including cost-benefit analyses.
・2012 Seconded to the Disaster Management Bureau, Cabinet Office
Worked on public disaster preparedness and programs to preserve and share lessons learned from past disasters. I planned and implemented a large-scale public event at Roppongi Hills and a disaster preparedness exercise using social media.

Served as a section coordinator and worked on the promotion of the Sustainable Development Goals and food-loss reduction initiatives.
Following the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake, I served as the overall coordinator for the government’s push-based emergency food assistance, under which essential supplies were sent to affected areas without waiting for detailed requests from local authorities.

Participated in the authorization and supervision of public interest incorporated associations and foundations, including the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition, corporate foundations, and community foundations.

Managed government facility operations during the COVID-19 pandemic, including building access control and security camera systems.
I was also temporarily assigned to assist the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, where I supported people staying at designated COVID-19 quarantine hotels.

Handled liaison and coordination with members of the National Diet concerning the authorization of integrated resort facilities. I also coordinated general administrative matters within the Secretariat and supported Diet approval procedures for senior government appointments.
